The singer was booked into the East Baton Rouge Parish Prison on April 29 just after surrendering to customers of the LSU PD.

Hardy’s arrest warrant reportedly details how a female LSU college student and her roommate identified a concealed recording unit in their college lodging on April 6 and noted it to the university’s police section the subsequent working day.
