A certified ethical hacker and practising IT manager has been billed with several offences soon after thieving a substantial sum of cryptocurrency from an aged man or woman.

Aaron Daniel Motta allegedly stole additional than $575,000 (£411,900) from an aged sufferer by stealing a Trezor hardware wallet used to store cryptocurrency offline. The sort of cryptocurrency was not disclosed in the law enforcement reports.

Clearwater Law enforcement in Florida mentioned Motta transferred the sum into a number of wallets he owned following the target hired Motta to install a security system in their residence.
