Relay Clinical Company has done the acquisition of an Internet of Items (IoT) cybersecurity agency primarily based in Toronto, Canada.

Cybeats was launched in 2016 by Peter Pinsker, Dmitry Raidman, and Vladislav Kharbash. The enterprise is recognised for establishing an integrated security system that is intended to safe and safeguard large-benefit linked IoT units.
