Two former eBay executives have been indicted with cyber-stalking charges connected to harassment of the editor and publisher of a newsletter critical of their previous employer.
Previous senior director of protection and security, James Baugh, and director of world wide resiliency, David Harville, have been charged with various counts by a federal grand jury in Boston. He is also alleged to have lied to an eBay investigator who was inquiring queries soon after being contacted by the Natick Police, and deleted evidence from a corporate mobile phone following listening to about the prison investigation.
