A former Eco-friendly Beret in the United States Military has admitted passing classified information to Russian intelligence brokers.

Peter Rafael Dzibinski Debbins was arrested in August 2020 and charged with conspiring to provide United States nationwide defense information to brokers of a foreign governing administration.
