  • Eco-friendly Logic UK, which produced 11,825 calls, and was fined £40,000 and issued with an enforcement notice
  • Posh Windows UK, which created 461,062 phone calls, and was fined £150,000

The action was taken below the UK’s Privacy and Electronic Communications Restrictions (PECR), which offers people today privacy rights relating to digital communications these kinds of as nuisance advertising e-mail and phone calls.
