Providers and electronic products supplier Kroll has introduced the acquisition of award-winning UK cybersecurity organization Redscan.
The deal will see Kroll, which specializes in governance, risk and transparency, increase its Kroll Responder capabilities by means of the addition of Redscan and its extended detection and reaction (XDR) enabled security functions centre (SOC) platform.
Redscan will join Kroll underneath the management of Andrew Beckett, handling director and head of the EMEA cyber-risk follow and Marc Brawner, handling director and world wide head of managed services.
