In a study of cybersecurity gurus, both equally ethnic minority respondents as nicely as women mentioned they had been not presented the same opportunities as their white or male counterparts.

The survey of around 300 practitioners of all ethnicities and genders was conducted by Synack and the University of California-Berkeley.

According to the survey, 47 % of minority staff and 66 per cent of women of all ages feel they see the identical possibilities for advancement because of their gender or ethnicity. That is as opposed with 88 percent of adult males.
