Bates and Williams recruited nine people including Faith Alexander and 36-yr-outdated Marquise Perry to act as money mules in the fraudulent plan.
Utilizing the network privileges that arrived with her posture at the higher education, Bates accessed an internal BPCC database and produced fraudulent entries falsely displaying that the college or university owed refunds to the people who had been recruited.
