The web-site for the Moscow Stock Exchange was offline and inaccessible on Monday.

Ukraine’s deputy primary minister, Mykhailo Fedorov, introduced the formation of the IT Army on Twitter last 7 days and released a url to a list of distinguished Russian internet sites for the hackers to focus on.
