A former lawyer for Dodge County, Nebraska, has been indicted by a federal grand jury on two costs of cyber-stalking.

According to an indictment returned on September 24, Oliver J. Glass, age 46, stalked and harassed his estranged wife and her new intimate lover for 9 months in 2020.

Oliver and Katie Glass wed on March 28, 2009. She filed for separation in November 2018, and then for divorce in January 2020, all around a month following she commenced a new passionate romance. 

Oliver learned in March 2020 that his estranged spouse was looking at anyone new. From March 6 to December 22, 2020, Oliver allegedly “made use of services of interstate commerce to interact in a study course of carry out intended to harass and intimidate and to position under surveillance with the intent to harass and intimidate Target 1 and Target 2.”

The indictment states that Oliver, alongside with two other staff members at the Dodge County Attorney’s Place of work, trawled an on the net law enforcement database to find data on Katie’s new spouse. Oliver is even more accused of inquiring officers with the Sheriff’s Workplace and the Fremont Police Office to try to arrest his estranged wife and her lover for driving while below the impact.

Katie’s spouse was committed to a medical center, exactly where he reportedly spent 6 days getting psychiatric treatment, simply because of Oliver’s alleged stalking and abuse.
