According to the affidavit filed with the grievance, 27-year-old Cameroon native Bobga and his co-conspirators provided puppies and other animals for sale on-line. Victims were being contacted by email and text message and conned into handing above money for pets that in no way arrived.
Bobga and his co-conspirators allegedly advised victims that their new pets would be sent by a transportation company and presented them with bogus monitoring quantities.
