The Information-to-Anything Platform providers shared information of their proposed acquisition on Tuesday. The terms of the offer have not been disclosed.

TruSTAR was founded in 2016 by Patrick Coughlin and Paul Kurtz on the mission to make danger detection and reaction less difficult and more successful. The firm has far more than 50 clients, such as BNP Paribas, LogMeIn and Rackspace.
