Two of the officials, Taras Kozak and Oleh Voloshyn, are alleged to have worked to amplify fake narratives and undermine self esteem in the Ukrainian governing administration, while Vladimir Sivkovich, former Deputy Secretary of the Ukrainian Countrywide Security and Defense Council, attempted to build guidance for Ukraine to formally cede Crimea to Russia.
