A woman from Los Angeles, who coughed on an Uber driver in a online video that went viral previous spring, has been accused of thieving the identity of her previous neighbor. 

Arna Kimiai, acknowledged on social media as ‘Cough Woman,’ was charged over the March 7 2021 incident involving San Francisco Uber driver, Subhakar Khadka. A online video shared on the web by Khadka seems to show Kimiai ripping the driver’s mask off his facial area just before coughing about him.
