Vice Principal Charged with Cyber-Stalking

The assistant principal of a significant faculty in Florida has been billed with aggravated cyber-stalking.

Duval County Faculty Board Law enforcement arrested 42-calendar year-old Kenyannya Wilcox on Friday above an alleged incident involving her previous romantic partner.

The defendant’s arrest report alleges that Wilcox was concerned in a plan that aimed to bring about “adverse economic impact” to her ex and his existing intimate spouse.

Information source News4JAX obtained a petition for injunction for security against stalking in which Wilcox’s previous lover alleges that he and his girlfriend have been approached by Wilcox while attending the Jacksonville Jaguars’ NFL dwelling sport versus Denver on September 19. 

In the petition, Wilcox is accused of punching her former boyfriend twice and then pursuing him out of the game when telling him that she “would price him his career.”

Wilcox’s ex reportedly claimed that Wilcox then contacted the employers of both himself and his recent girlfriend and lodged phony allegations in opposition to them.

In a separate petition filed by Wilcox, the assistant principal alleges that she was assaulted by the “other girlfriend” of a guy she had been courting given that November 2020. Wilcox further alleges that the man had began wrong rumors about Wilcox and experienced attempted to hurt her physically.

Wilcox, who was formerly principal at Highlands Middle College, was serving as assistant principal at Jean Ribault Large School at the time of her arrest. Law enforcement set the educator’s bond at $22,000.

Police charged Wilcox with prison use of individual identification, legal use of community records data, official misconduct, aggravated stalking with a credible menace to existence or personal injury, and battery.

Duval County Public Schools reported in a statement: “While we commend the function of our police department, it is disappointing when allegations of this mother nature crop up and direct to arrest. 

“Duval County Public Educational facilities has higher expectations for employee conduct, and we will choose suitable action pending the final result of the scenario.”

Pursuing her arrest, Wilcox has been assigned to what the district described as “non-university obligations.”

Duval Country Community College said it is monitoring the judicial process and that it has plans to conduct a concurrent expert specifications evaluation.
