Southampton County in Virginia, US, lately warned people that their personalized identifiable details (PII) may have been stolen in a ransomware attack.

The County included that it notified the FBI Cyber Crimes Division, the Virginia Condition Police and the Virginia Fusion Middle and is supporting legislation enforcement in their efforts to deliver the criminals to justice.
