Commenting on the new intelligence, UK Foreign Secretary Liz Truss reported: “This is apparent and surprising evidence of a deliberate and destructive attack by Russia in opposition to Ukraine which experienced major effects on standard men and women and firms in Ukraine and throughout Europe.
