The Bioeconomy Facts Sharing and Assessment Centre (BIO-ISAC) and New York Metro InfraGard Associates Alliance (NYM-IMA) are coming alongside one another to tackle cyber threats dealing with the bioeconomy. 

The partnership, which aims to safeguard economic activity in the United States involving the use of biotechnology and biomass in the manufacturing of goods, companies or strength, was announced on Thursday. 

InfraGard is a partnership between the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and personal sector users formed to secure US critical infrastructure. BIO-ISAC is an global corporation that permits coordination among the stakeholders to facilitate a strong and secure marketplace.
