On Wednesday, FCC chairperson Jessica Rosenworcel circulated a Recognize of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM) that kicked off the course of action of strengthening the Commission’s rules on notifying customers and federal legislation enforcement when client proprietary network facts (CPNI) is breached.
