Maryland Cyber Nonprofit to Create Centers of Excellence

Nonprofit group, the Cybersecurity Association of Maryland, Inc. (CAMI), has introduced plans to expand its membership program and create various Facilities of Excellence.

CAMI’s mission is to progress cybersecurity in the Aged Line Point out via collaboration and advocacy. By building possibilities for firms in all industries to arrive alongside one another, the firm explained it hopes to foster enhanced cooperation in cybersecurity. 

In a statement released these days, the organization declared that it will be growing its membership qualifications to “companies across all verticals who view cybersecurity as a strategic initiative.”

“We are thrilled to be equipped to lengthen our membership to corporations across a number of industries and establish our Facilities of Excellence,” stated Tasha Cornish, govt director of CAMI. 

“I am ecstatic to witness CAMI increase its means to deliver major-tier guidance to companies trying to find to enhance their cyber-protection, scale their organizations and establish workforce procedures.”

In creating a few new Centers of Excellence, the affiliation aims to offer a discussion board via which Marylanders can share greatest security tactics.
