Russia’s Ministry of Building, Housing and Utilities site has been reportedly hacked, with an internet lookup for the internet site top to a “Glory to Ukraine” signal in Ukrainian.

RIA, Russia’s state information company, quoted a ministry consultant on Sunday, revealing that the site was down, but users’ personal facts was unaffected.
