SANS Institute Launches Nationwide Scholarship Program

Cybersecurity training and certification provider SANS Institute is partnering with Traditionally Black Faculties and Universities (HBCUs) to start a new nationwide cybersecurity instruction scholarship method.

The SANS HBCU Cyber Academy will give scholarships to HBCU alumni and junior, senior and graduate pupils currently enrolled in HBCUs. 

Thriving candidates will acquire part in a a few-program instruction and certification application which will cover the fundamentals of desktops, technology, networking and security. Students will be given twelve weeks to complete every single system and certification.

Among other expertise, college students will study how to build a security software developed on a foundation of detection, response and avoidance.
