The United States has imprisoned a person who continued to cyber-stalk his ex-wife and children right after they moved states and transformed their names to evade him.
The established Oscar Adrian Marquez tracked his previous spouse, Jennifer Lorraine, and two daughters from New Mexico to Oregon, harassing them even following they purchased guns and took out a safety order versus him.
